GIOTTO's pupil : C. CENNINI to FRA ANGELICO

Cennonno CENNINNI... Whose wonderful and still accurate " Book of Art " was available in the Centre POMPIDOU's Library...
Cennonno CENNINNI provided all kind of advices from the early period of painting in Italy.
At those early times Princes ; always HEARTFUL of courage and goodwill ; were painted walking on tiptoes to remain sweet and respectful to the EARTH. Angels too were painted also tiptoing...Just refer to FRA ANGELICO 's ones....

From this period we keep the habit to show with the most little finger when we like to point out something beautiful ; and the discipline to behave courteously, trying to always think with elegance and behave far better beyond our best...

One main advice to painters was to remain sober (avoid alcohols drinks )... Many wisdom books from all over the planet EARTH say the same.... Let's guess together that being sober helps the brain to think freely and nicely ( including the Science aspects of Arts) and helps the hand to go on the most delicate flows for Art....Who knows ?
